Delivery
Mailroom Supplies business opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
We offer three shipping options within the UK which are as follows;
- FREE shipping on all orders above £100 - Orders are usually received within 2-5 days
- Standard Delivery - Orders are usually received within 2-5 days £4.50
- Next Day - Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day £6.50
Shipping methods used are mainly Royal Mail. However, in some circumstances an additional parcel courier will be used. All delivers will usually require a signature too.
Returns
We believe you will be completely satisfied with your goods. However, in the event you are not we understand there are occasions where it will be necessary to return an item.
If you need to return an item, for any reason, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned to us complete with their original, unopened packaging and documentation for a refund within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return the goods. Please note we do not refund postage for all non warranty returns.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event goods are delivered faulty please contact us by email sales@mailroom-supplies.co.uk to inform us. We will endeavour to rectify the problem immediately and will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation once the goods have been returned.
