Warranty Plus+

All cartridges supplied are backed by our 12 month Warranty Plus+

If during the first 12 months of purchase your cartridge does not perform as it should, we will simply replace or refund. If you experience issues with a cartridge within the first 12 months of purchase, and believe it to be a warranty issue, please contact us at warranty@mailroom-supplies.co.uk

In addition to our standard 12 month warranty, Warranty Plus+ goes one step further in that should our cartridges be proven to have caused damage to your machine which is not covered under the manufactures standard warranty, Warranty Plus+ will pay for the machine to be repaired. No other compatible franking ink supplier/manufacture offers this additional warranty protection.
